IT'S TIME

I need to get back on track here. I feel like all I been doing is eating one delicious thing after another. yes food is wonderful, but too much of a good thing is no good. We know as lupies we have to keep our sugar intake to a minimum and of course need to eat fresh fruits and veges and lots of healthy stuff. I'm going to try to get back on track with eating healthy and losing some weight. I know when I eat right and don't overindulge then I feel better. So that's my plan and I also have to exercise. That's a tough one but I'm going to have to do something so encourage me PLEASE!!!!!!
